Very hospitable staff, free airport shuttle, great breakfast buffet, new and stylish rooms, clean bathrooms.

Great pick-up service from the airport and friendly staff. The hotel was positioned ideally close to local eateries and cafes that had delicious local cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfy and excellent value for money.
There were limited options and the food was not properly laid out, making it look unappetizing. When I arrived, there was a long queue to access the one food station available, and the staff was inattentive to my bagel burning in the toaster.

Great breakfast spread with local specialties and traditional Indonesian herbal concoction. Rooms were new, stylish and bathrooms very clean. Great location with nice local restaurants and a shopping mall close by.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of local food and restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities, such as iron, hair dryer, etc. the front desk staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of local specialties, including traditional Indonesian herbal juice.
